This privacy policy applies to the Android app War Room: Mock Draft 2027, package com.tuanapps.warroom, published on Google Play by the developer MQ Co.,Ltd (“we”, “us”).

1. Who we are

MQ Co.,Ltd, the developer named on the app's Google Play page.

2. What data does the app process?

The app does not collect personal information such as your name, e-mail address or location. Your mocks, grades, streak, album and settings are stored on your device. The only exception is the Daily Mock leaderboard (section 2a). Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the website and the leaderboard server.

2a. Daily Mock leaderboard and weekly cup

When you finish the Daily Mock, the app sends your score (draft grade points) to our leaderboard server so it can show your worldwide rank on the day board and the weekly cup. For this the app creates an online account with a random id and an automatic name (for example "GM4821") and your country flag from the phone's region setting. You can change the name. Owners of the War Room Pass also get a crown in front of the flag. Other players see the name, flag and score. We do not ask for your real name, e-mail or password. You can delete the online account and all your scores at any time in the app. Details: leaderboard privacy notice.

2b. Share cards, challenge links and reminders

Share cards are pictures the app draws on your device and hands to the share sheet you choose; nothing is uploaded by the app. A challenge link contains a challenge code and, if you add them, your grade and the name you chose; whoever opens the link sees them in their own app or on warroom-draft.pages.dev/c/ (the page reads them in the browser and stores nothing). The optional evening reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device; no server is involved and you can turn it off in the app or in your system settings.

3. Advertising

The app shows no ads and contains no advertising or analytics SDK. It does not use the advertising ID.

4. In-app purchases

The optional purchases (full-mock pack, GM Premium and the War Room Pass) are handled by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details.

5. Data sources and disclaimer

College statistics and rosters come from CollegeFootballData.com; professional standings, schedules and rosters from nflverse (CC-BY 4.0). The big board, grades, team needs and trade chart are our own models. War Room is an unofficial fan game; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any professional league, team, school or athletic association.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
